WilDi Operator Mesh — Full Transparency, Real Data
Actual delivery data from the Jacksonville transit mesh. Purple lines are tunnels. Hexagons are zones. Green points are background deliveries. WilDi owns the infrastructure.
What you're looking at
The visualization is live delivery data from the WilDi Maps mesh in Jacksonville, Florida — our Phase 1 operating area. Every shape on the map is a piece of physical infrastructure we built and operate ourselves, not an auction line in someone else's programmatic exchange.
- Purple lines — Tunnels. Linear corridors along real-world roads. Each tunnel is a fixed lease; an advertiser owns the visible ad slot for that stretch of driving and is billed only when a verified driver completes the corridor.
- Hexagons — Zones. H3-indexed hexagonal cells around points of interest. Zones target neighborhood- or block-level catchments — think arrivals, dwell, and proximity around a specific destination.
- Green points — Background deliveries. The diffuse, lowest-cost layer. These are verified deliveries triggered across the full mesh footprint and priced from $0.20 per verified delivery.
Why “we own the infrastructure” matters
Programmatic ad platforms intermediate between buyer and pixel through an auction stack — DSP, SSP, exchange, verification, ad server — and roughly half of every dollar disappears into that middle layer (the “middleman tax”). WilDi Maps owns the tunnels, zones, and background mesh outright. Every delivery shown in the video was metered by our own verification stack against a real driver in motion. No second-price auction. No bid-stream telemetry. No data licensing fees. The fixed-rate price per verified delivery is the entire cost.
