How does the prepay wallet work?
You deposit funds when you sign up. Every verified delivery debits your wallet at the rate shown for your tier and ad type. When the balance drops below your auto-refill threshold, we charge your card for a top-up. You set both the threshold and the refill amount.
What counts as a verified delivery?
An ad physically delivered to a real phone carried by an active driver crossing one of your deployed zones, tunnels, or backgrounds. We use phone-OS signals (motion, sensors, GPS) to confirm the device is in a moving vehicle, plus AI fraud tooling to flag emulators, multi-account abuse, and bot behavior. Bots and fraudulent activity never reach your bill.
What's the difference between Background, Tunnel, and Zone?
Background ads run city-wide — every active driver is eligible to receive them. Tunnels are 1-mile road strips you choose; multiple advertisers can run tunnels on the same road. Zones are exclusive 8H3 hexagonal neighborhoods — only one owner per hex.
Why is Google Ads so much more expensive per real human?
Google charges per click, and roughly 40%+ of paid clicks are bots, accidental, or competitor fraud. A $1 click that's actually a bot is $1 you'll never recover. We charge only when a real phone receives the ad — there's no equivalent leakage.
What happens if my wallet runs out?
Deliveries stop immediately — no driver is paid for an undelivered ad. If you have auto-refill on, your card is charged and deliveries resume. If auto-refill is off, you can manually top up from the dashboard anytime.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades require topping up to the new tier's minimum deposit. Downgrades take effect immediately for new deliveries. Any ads that exceed the new tier's limits are paused (not deleted) — you can reactivate them by upgrading again.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused wallet balance is yours and remains in your account. We don't refund deliveries that have already been made, but if you spot a fraudulent delivery, contact support — we'll investigate and credit your wallet if confirmed.
What about taxes?
Stripe handles applicable sales tax at checkout based on your billing address. You'll see the exact tax line on the deposit receipt.
