Example Event Partner

A warm welcome from your event partner.

Meet the local business helping make today possible.

Example sponsor content

The location is part of the sponsorship agreement. The message can introduce a brand, share an offer or give members a direct way to learn more.

Illustrative examples. Actual delivery depends on the event configuration, member participation and app permissions.

Keep the banner.
Add the interaction.

Your signs, booths and sponsorship packages still have a role. WilDi adds a digital way for participants to engage with the sponsors supporting your event.

For your sponsors

A placement people can act on.

Go beyond displaying a name. Put the sponsor's message, offer and business information within reach when a participating member is in the agreed area.

For your members

Something useful in the moment.

Discover an event partner, explore a relevant offer or find a direct way to learn more. Sponsor content becomes an invitation to engage, not just another logo to walk past.

For your team

A clearer connection between placement and activity.

Know which content belongs in each location and review the recorded delivery and engagement associated with the campaign.

A brand introduction. An event offer. A business worth remembering. Not every sponsor message needs to be a discount.

From setup to follow-through

From your site plan
to your sponsor's report.

  1. Map the agreed locations.

Define the outdoor entrances, paths, sponsor areas and activity zones included in your event's delivery plan.

  2. Assign the sponsor content.

Match each location with the sponsor message, offer or brand content agreed between your organization and the sponsor.

  3. Invite attendees to participate.

Use your event communications and arrival signage to introduce the WilDi app. Participating members complete the setup and permissions needed for eligible delivery.

  4. Review the activity.

See the recorded delivery and engagement, along with later visits that can be attributed to the event campaign.

After the placement

Give sponsors a clearer picture
of what happened.

Separate the message delivered from the action someone took. WilDi reports recorded campaign activity and, where the available data supports it, attributable visits after the event.

A later visit is not another ad delivery.

A visit after the event may be attributable to a message delivered during the event. Sending additional advertising afterward is a separate campaign.

Delivery
Recorded distribution of sponsor content.
Engagement
Recorded actions such as opens, website taps, calls or direction requests.
Attributed visits
Later recorded visits associated with the event campaign where supported by the available data.

Delivery, engagement and visits are different measures. A recorded visit does not establish that a purchase occurred.

Clear roles. Clear payments.

Your sponsors pay you.
Your event pays WilDi.

You sell the sponsorships and collect sponsor payments directly. Your organization pays WilDi for the agreed event delivery and attribution service. WilDi does not collect those sponsorship payments on your behalf.

An entrance introduction, a sponsor-area offer or brand content at an activity zone can become part of an agreed sponsorship placement.

A sponsor's optional Maps campaign is a separate purchase.

Beyond the event

The event ends.
The opportunity doesn't have to.

An event sponsorship can introduce a business to new people. A separately funded WilDi Maps campaign gives that business another way to reach opted-in members in selected local areas and along everyday routes.

Event campaign

Measure what follows.

Later recorded visits may be attributable to the event campaign where the data supports that connection. This is attribution, not another advertising delivery.

Optional Maps campaign

Fund the next connection.

The sponsor or business purchases Maps directly from WilDi, with its own campaign and budget for additional local delivery.

Maps advertising is optional and is not automatically included in your event's purchase.

A few things worth knowing.

Does WilDi sell our sponsorships?

Your organization manages the sponsorship agreements and collects sponsor payments directly. WilDi provides the delivery and attribution service your event purchases.

Who decides where a sponsor's message appears?

Your event team defines the mapped outdoor locations. Content is assigned to the placements agreed between your organization and each sponsor.

Will everyone at the event receive messages?

No. Delivery is to participating WilDi members who have completed the required app setup and permissions and meet the campaign's delivery conditions. Event attendance is not the same as app reach.

Does a sponsor have to provide a discount?

No. A placement can carry a brand introduction, business information, an offer or another supported call to action.

What happens after the event?

Later recorded visits may be attributable to the event campaign where supported by the available data. Additional local advertising through Maps requires a separate campaign purchased by the business or sponsor.

How much does WilDi Events cost?

$999 per event for an event that runs less than 7 days, paid once when the event goes live. Events of 7 days or more, and standing venues, are quoted. Your sponsorship income stays yours, and a sponsor's Maps campaign is a separate purchase.

Is Maps included in the event fee?

No. Your event purchase covers its agreed Events service. Maps is purchased separately and directly from WilDi by the business or sponsor.

Can this work in indoor halls or tightly packed booths?

This page describes mapped outdoor delivery. Bring us your venue layout so we can discuss whether the intended placements fit the delivery system. Do not assume room-level or booth-edge positioning.

How do we get started?

Tell us about your event, where it takes place and the sponsor experience you want to deliver. We will discuss the locations, participation plan and service scope with you.
