WilDi Golf

Your customer is on the green looking at the flag, not at a sign by the tee

We show your ad when it matters most: on their phone, on your hole, as the putt drops. Not on a sign nobody photographs. And the organizer gets a record of every card that was delivered.

Every figure this product reports is a count of something it observed. Nothing is modelled, estimated or projected, and we count phones running the app — never people.

The WilDi Golf app on hole 1, showing a card headed Sponsored this hole with a sponsor's offer and a Call ahead button, above a Need something? row for the refreshment cart.

What it does

A sponsor on every hole

Each hole carries its own card. It reaches a phone when that phone crosses into the hole, not at the turn and not in an email the next morning.

Today's course, on every phone

Cart path only on 12, aerating on 4, 15 closed. The course sets it once and the phones on the property have it within a minute.

Summon the refreshment cart

A golfer taps from the hole they are standing on. The request carries that hole, follows them if they move, and closes when the cart's own phone is seen there.

Check in at the first tee

A golfer finds their own name on the roster and checks in, or the desk adds them by hand. One list, one answer to who turned up.

A report you can hand a sponsor

Cards delivered, cards opened, taps broken out by call, website, email and directions, and how many phones later turned up at the sponsor's address.

Built on the WilDi Maps engine

The same geofencing that delivers to drivers on a road delivers to golfers on a hole. Nothing is installed on the course.

Two buyers, one course

Organizers and general managers

  • Hole sponsorships become something you can show a sponsor, not just a sign you photographed.
  • Conditions reach every phone on the property at once instead of one starter repeating himself.
  • Check-in and the roster are the same list, so “who is here” is answered without a clipboard.
  • Cart and assistance requests arrive with the hole attached, and close when the responder is seen there.

Hole sponsors

  • Your offer lands on the hole you paid for, in the hand of the golfer standing on it.
  • Call, website, email or directions is one tap away while they are still on the course.
  • You get counts of what was delivered and opened, and how many phones later reached your address.
  • Counts, never percentages. A number we could not observe is not printed.

How a day runs

  1. Before the day

We draw your holes once, you upload the roster as a CSV, and each hole gets a sponsor: the business, its address, and the offer that becomes the card.

  2. At the first tee

A golfer installs the app and types the event code from the tee sign, or scans the QR. Then they find their name on the roster and check themselves in.

  3. On the hole

A phone crosses into a hole boundary and that hole's sponsor card is delivered to it. Nothing is sent to a phone that is not on the course.

  4. Through the round

Conditions reach every phone on the property. A golfer taps for the refreshment cart or for assistance, and the request lands with the hole attached.

  5. In the console

You see how many phones the geofence has seen inside, hole by hole, and you can message everyone, everyone seen recently, or everyone who has gone quiet.

  6. After the horn

The report is ready: delivered, opened, still on the hole a minute later, every tap by kind, and visits to the sponsor's address. Download it as a CSV.
